Alamo is a city in Wheeler County, Georgia, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city had a population of 2,797. Alamo was founded in 1909. Alamo's courthouse was built in 1913 and is on the National Register of Historical Places. The Lamplighter Little Theatre dates back to 1919.
