According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 14.3 square miles (37.1 kmē), of which, 14.3 square miles (37.1 kmē) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 kmē) of it (0.14%) is water. As of the census of 2000, there were 2,085 people, 633 households, and 529 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 145.7 people per square mile (56.3/kmē).
