Barronett is a town in Washburn County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 405 at the 2000 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 33.7 square miles (87.2 kmē), of which, 32.8 square miles (84.8 kmē) of it is land and 0.9 square miles (2.3 kmē) of it (2.67%) is water. As of the census of 2000, there were 405 people, 152 households, and 117 families residing in the town. The population density was 12.4 people per square mile (4.8/kmē). There were 192 housing units at an average density of 5.9 per square mile (2.3/kmē). The racial makeup of the town was 97.53% White, 0.49% African American, 0.25% Native American, 0.25% Asian, and 1.48% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.49% of the population. There were 152 households out of which 30.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 67.8% were married couples living together, 4.6% had a female householder with no husband...
