It is part of the Reno?Sparks Metropolitan Statistical Area. Sierra Nevada College's main campus is located in Incline Village. Incline Village-Crystal Bay is located at 39°13?42?N 119°57?3?W? / ?39.22833°N 119.95083°W? / 39.22833; -119.95083 (39.2282, -119.9509). Elevation is 6,350 feet (1,940 m). According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 50.4 square miles (131 km2), of which 28.9 square miles (75 km2) is land and 21.5 square miles (56 km2) (42.72%) is water. As of the census of 2000, there were 9,952 people, 4,176 households, and 2,735 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 344.6 people per square mile (133.1/km²).
