Incline Village-Crystal Bay is a census-designated place (CDP) in Washoe County, Nevada on the north shore of Lake Tahoe. The population was 9,952 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Reno?Sparks Metropolitan Statistical Area. Sierra Nevada College's main campus is located in Incline Village. Incline Village-Crystal Bay is located at 39°13?42?N 119°57?3?W? / ?39.22833°N 119.95083°W? / 39.22833; -119.95083 (39.2282, -119.9509). Elevation is 6,350 feet (1,940 m). According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 50.4 square miles (131 km2), of which 28.9 square miles (75 km2) is land and 21.5 square miles (56 km2) (42.72%) is water. As of the census of 2000, there were 9,952 people, 4,176 households, and 2,735 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 344.6 people per square mile (133.1/kmē).
