According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.2 square miles (0.52 km2), all of it land. As of the census of 2000, there were 156 people, 62 households, and 48 families residing in the town. The population density was 878.4 people per square mile (334.6/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 93.59% White, 4.49% African American and 1.92% Asian. Hispanic or Latino of any race made up 1.92% of the population. Of the 62 households, 30.6% have at least one person under the age of 18, 62.9% had married couples, 11.3% had a single woman householder, 21.0% had non-families, and 19.4% were owned by a single person, with 8.1% who were 65 years or older.
